Want to shoot photos that pop? Professionals expertly blur areas of the photo in order to help their subject stand out. The trick here is to not default to a single aperture setting for every picture you take.
Instead, experiment with your camera’s aperture setting to see what you can come up with. You’ll find that narrow apertures, above all, come in handy when you want to highlight great depth of field.
